Is that instant valuation negotiable?
Instant Purchase offers customers accurate, fast, and competitive deals for their cars, Utes, and vans based on the current market. The instant valuation will not be revised unless the information provided to us is incomplete or inaccurate.
How long is the instant valuation valid for?
Your car’s instant valuation is valid for a total of three days from the time it is communicated to you. It’s an easy, hassle-free process to arrange an inspection of your vehicle during these three days. If the valuation of your vehicle has expired, you may request a new valuation at any time, however this valuation may offer a price different to your previous.
What happens after I accept the valuation?
Once you have accepted the instant price valuation on your vehicle, a member of the Instant Purchase team will contact you to inspect your vehicle. This instant price valuation will take place at your nearest Autopact dealer. Please make sure you bring:
- All keys for vehicle.
- 100 points of personal identification (including your driver’s license);
- Your service logbook.
- Evidence of registration and proof of ownership.
- Any additional vehicle accessories; and
- Any other relevant documents.
Instant Purchase will fully inspect your vehicle to ensure that it matches the information we received as part of your online car valuation. Passing the inspection means that we will offer you the online car valuation amount for your vehicle. If the vehicle does not pass the online car valuation, the online valuation for your vehicle may change and Instant Purchase may make an offer based on our varied valuation of the vehicle or withdraw the offer entirely. If you accept the offer for your instant online valuation for your vehicle, we will complete the selling process quickly and efficiently and organise payment for your vehicle.
Do you accept modified vehicles?
Instant Purchase accepts modified vehicles for your instant online car valuation; however our algorithm does not take modifications into account when offering you an instant online car valuation. Once you submit your details online, an Instant Purchase representative will be in touch to organise an inspection of your vehicle and provide you with an exact valuation of your vehicle.
